Acadly is a student engagement platform for synchronous teaching and learning. It helps professors boost interactivity and automate administrative chores in both online as well as in-person classes. For online teaching and learning, Acadly leverages integration with Zoom and adds interactivity and attendance automation features to Zoom’s core video conferencing experience.

Professors can use Acadly in their classrooms by setting up their respective courses. Two kinds of courses can be set up on Acadly:

  • Acadly Basic courses are ideal for in-person teaching and learning. They include features such as polls, quizzes, and Acadly’s attendance automation feature for face-to-face classes
  • Acadly Pro courses are ideal for online teaching and learning. They include Acadly’s Zoom integration feature and its attendance feature for online classes

Early Alerts on Acadly Enterprise

Acadly generates valuable data on student learning and participation during classes and makes it available to instructors and universities on a realtime basis. This includes data points such as:

  • Student attendance
  • Participation in polls
  • Quiz performance
  • Discussion activity
  • Post-class engagement
  • Offline participation
  • Engagement with content

However, collating and analysing data can be a complex task, especially on a realtime basis. Acadly Enterprise simplifies this process with realtime alerts on student performance based solely on their engagement with a course hosted on Acadly.

These alerts detail not only who is at-risk but also why the student has been flagged as “at-risk”. This makes it possible for instructors to identify the root cause for possible academic issues, such as poor attendance, lack of participation, or irregular engagement.

Acadly has been built on the LTI standard, authored by IMS Global. Compliance with the LTI standard helps us integrate Acadly with most popular Learning Management Systems.

Can Acadly be purchased at the department level?

Yes, we also have an active-user based pricing model as per which Acadly can be purchased for a subset of users at a university, such as a department or a college.

What is the pricing and subscription model for Acadly Enterprise?

Acadly Enterprise is available on a per-student, per-year basis. The minimum number of students is 500 and the minimum subscription duration is one year. There’s no limit on the number of courses that a student may be enrolled in. The pricing depends on the number of students and duration of the subscription. Please reach out to us for a quote.

Can Acadly Enterprise be purchased at the classroom level?

No, Acadly Enterprise requires integration with a university’s LMS and therefore, involvement of the administration is required.

Would Acadly comply with my university’s privacy and security requirements?
